Why book direct instead of on Airbnb?
Because you save the service fee Airbnb charges guests (around 14%) and you deal directly with the team that runs the home. If you find the same home cheaper on another platform, we match the price.
How do I pay and when is my booking confirmed?
You pay by card through our secure gateway and the booking is confirmed immediately. You'll receive the receipt by email and, a few days before arrival, your house guide with access instructions.
How do I get into the home?
With a lockbox or smart lock. The code is sent before check-in together with the arrival guide (Wi‑Fi, parking and neighborhood tips). No need to meet anyone.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is usually from 4:00 p.m. and check-out at 11:00 a.m. Each listing shows the exact times for that property. If you need flexibility, message us on WhatsApp and we'll check availability.
What is the cancellation policy?
It depends on the property and is shown on the listing before you pay. Most of our homes have a flexible policy for short stays.
Do you accept pets and large groups?
Several homes accept pets (stated on the listing). We have houses for groups of 10 to 16 people in Roma and Condesa. Parties and events are not allowed in any property.
Is there parking?
Some properties include parking and others have options nearby. You'll see it in each listing's amenities.
Can I rent monthly?
Yes. We offer furnished monthly rentals from $1,400 USD with an equipped kitchen, fiber Wi‑Fi and no binding contracts.
What if I have a problem during my stay?
Your confirmation includes the team's contact details. Our cleaning and maintenance staff are a few blocks away and respond at any hour.
Do you issue invoices (factura)?
Email us your billing details before check-in and we'll help you.
