really enjoyed my stay. great location, away from noise pollution. but also close to 5th Avenue restaurants and beaches. comfortable room that was very spacious with modern and clean furniture. The kitchen had all the necessities all cutlery toaster coffee maker kettle blender dishes spices etc bed was large and comfortable with white clean linens and lots of pillows. there was also a large wardrobe that fit all of my clothes comfortably. was surprisingly quiet was a little concerned about being on the first floor with traffic coming in and out but it made for easy access in and out and with security and cameras I always felt safe. building was only four floors what's limited number of apartments. patio is also a big benefit was private and had lovely Edison lights for the night. was happy with my stay I would say again

Super ! Nous avons passés un merveilleux moment à Playa del Carmen notamment grâce a cet appartement. Le personnel d’accueil est souriant et adorable. L’appartement est propre moderne, et très bien équipé. Il est situé à quelques minutes à pied de la quinta avenida sans pour autant être dans une rue passante ce qui est top car il est paisible mais proche des lieux d’intérêt. Les hôtes sont adorables et réactif, ils ont pris de nos nouvelles durant le séjour mais aussi ont répondu rapidement à nos questions encore merci à vous !

Lovely place to stay while visiting Playa. The apartment was perfect and had all the amenities that were listed in the apartment. The building has 24hr security who were awesome. The apartment is located only 5 mins from 5th street and quite on a night time.

We had a delightful three week stay at this Kasava Homes location. The Kasava Homes staff and the building security staff were easy to communicate with and very helpful. We definitely recommend this AirB&B. The location was perfect with every day needs conveniently within walking distance (grocery stores, restaurants, gift shops, corner stores, public transport and taxis, etc). Even the famous 5th Avenue was an easy walk. We particularly liked the privacy of the patio as well as the extra outdoor space it provided. It was so pleasant to sit there in the evenings and listen to the music from nearby cafes. The rooftop pool was a refreshing treat in the afternoon followed by some tanning in the warm sun. Thank you for having us. We hope to return soon.
