El departamento cuenta con dos recamaras, una con cama matrimonial y la otra con una litera de una cama queen y dos individuales. Así mismo tiene dos baños completos. Todos los muebles y electrodomésticos son completamente nuevos, incluyendo una televisión de 70 pulgadas con acceso a Netflix y una gran variedad de canales HD y un centro de lavado con todo lo necesario para utilizarlo. La cocina está equipada con lo necesario para cocinar, como horno de microondas, refrigerador/congelador, horno y cafetera. Además incluye aditamentos de higiene personal como papel de baño, jabón y shampoo. Por otra parte, se puede disfrutar del roofgarden y del gym que se encuentran en las áreas comunes.

All furniture and appliances are brand new, including a 70-inch television with access to Netflix and a wide variety of HD channels. It includes also a laundry room. The kitchen is equipped with all you need for cooking, such as a microwave, refrigerator / freezer, oven, and coffee machine. It also includes personal hygiene accessories such as toilet paper, soap and shampoo. On the other hand, you can enjoy the roof garden and the gym that are in the common areas.

El departamento está ubicado en una colonia muy céntrica llamada San Rafael. Se encuentra a pocos metros Reforma, tiene acceso a distintos medios de transporte. Se encuentra a 800 metros del monumento a la Revolución y a 3.5 km del centro histórico de la Ciudad.
