Great stay for my friends and I. Easily walkable and close to a lot of what we ended up doing. The rooms were large and plenty of space for us all. Overall a great place to stay!

Everything from arrival to departure was perfect. We had no problem checking in. It was the smoothest process ever . All the rooms were tidied up and spotless. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it was fully equipped with a stove refrigerator and many utensils. 10 out of 10 on everything , I would stay here the next time I’m visiting Mexico !

Fue muy fácil llegar y entrar a la casa. La casa está muy bonita y espaciosa y limpia. Las camas muy cómodas y suficiente espacio para toda la familia. Cuando llegamos estaba caliente y prendimos los aires acondicionados. 3 de los 4 prendieron, pero en verdad nos sirvió más abrir las ventanas. En uno de los cuartos (el que tiene balcón) ni prendió el aire y me di cuenta que otra persona antes también se había quejado de eso. Les mandé mensaje sobre eso y también sobre el wifi que no servía y me dijeron que iban a checar lo de el aire pero no lo hicieron durante nuestra estancia. Después de unas horas si arreglaron lo del wifi. Solamente nos quedamos una noche así que si se nos hizo un poco inconveniente tener algunos problemas pero por lo menos estábamos en un lugar limpio y las camas cómodas para dormir. Oh, y no se te olviden toallas para el baño, porque solamente tenían toallas chicas para secar las manos.

Big thanks to the Kasava Homes Team! We encountered an unfortunate electrical issue at our original apartment, which was out completely out of the Kasava Homes Team's control. However, they responded very quick to the situation and provided an alternative apartment right away. They are a kind, reliable, and helpful team. We know who to contact for our next visit!

We had a great time here. It was my first time in Mexico City and it was just perfect to enjoy it in this place. The group of host was always supportive and attentive with us whenever we had a problem or needed something. The neighborhood it’s walkable and precious. I really recommend this house to live your experience in this beautiful city.
