1. The house can host up to 30 guests. However, Airbnb only allows booking for 16+ guests. If your group is larger than 16, please let us know in advance.
2. A $19 USD/night fee per extra guest applies beyond 16, processed separately from Airbnb, as we may need to make additional arrangements to guarantee there are enough amenities for all guests.
3. We require a photo of an ID from a responsible guest before check-in.
4. A list of all guests must be provided for security purposes.
5. Quiet hours are flexible, but please discuss with us in advance if you expect noise or late-night activity.
6. Events and parties are allowed only with prior approval. A security deposit may be requested.
7. Under no circumstance should noise exceed 50 dB.
8. Visitors are allowed only upon request. You must inform us of names, number of people, and duration of visit.
9. Overnight stays are not allowed unless registered as guests and the extra fee is covered.
10. The maximum total number of people (guests + visitors) may not exceed 30.
11. No smoking is allowed inside the property.
12. Guests must not linger in the premises common areas.
13. Always lock the main gate behind you using the key—this is essential for everyone’s safety.
14. Always respect our neighbors. If any issue arises, contact us—we’re happy to help.
15. Please keep us informed of anything relevant during your stay. We’ll do our best to support you.

Tuvimos una experiencia muy buena. Todo el equipo sumamente amable, dispuestos a apoyar en todo momento. Nos sentimos seguros en la propiedad, cómodos, la ubicación excelente, la zona muy tranquila. Súper recomendable! Sin duda volveremos!

La estancia estuvo muy bien, el seguimiento por los anfitriones todo el tiempo fue muy buena, sólo el último día tuvimos un problema con la chapa del portón a la calle, no podíamos abrir y después de intentarlo se logró abrir y nos percatamos que portón dentro se atora la llave y por fuera entra muy bien. Si los recomiendo y reservaré en futuras ocasiones

Host was amazing!!! Very attentive and proactive into accommodating my group. The location was perfect for a large group, conveniently located within walking distance to everything from dinning, gyms and shopping. Host were extremely quick to help me out when I locked myself out of the house.

We had a lovely stay. The hosts were responsive, professional and friendly. The home is very spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the sofa/living/dining area is a nice gathering space. We could not unlock the front door when we arrived, despite 15 solid minutes of trying. It's very sticky, and difficult to turn. The hosts were responsive, but we had to wait outside for almost an hour for someone to arrive. We were grateful it was still daylight, as that would have been unnerving. When help arrived, they were wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Only one of our party could ever unlock the front door consistently, which wasn't a huge deal for our small group, but might be a bigger issue for large groups who want to split up. The two back doors to the laundry room (which leads to the private alley) also did not lock and unlock consistently. Overall, we had a wonderful trip, and we would recommend this property.
