From the moment we booked, Kasava and the team were incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. The space itself was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable for our group of six, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood was peaceful, safe, and very walkable, with convenient stores and great coffee shops just a short distance away, which we really appreciated. Our hosts were incredibly attentive, professional, and a joy to deal with. They went above and beyond by providing a crib for our baby and warmly offering a stroller and high chair. The building security, concierge, and maintenance staff were also extremely pleasant. The location feels very secure and includes safe indoor parking (though tight, as expected in Mexico City). It can get noisy/hectic due to a nearby hospital, which is understandable for the heart of the city. A few constructive notes: The bed frame design is a bit treacherous—both my dad and I nearly lost a pinky toe to them, and the loose/missing screws make them very squeaky. The doors also need lubrication. The hot water was inconsistent (1 min hot, 2 min cold), which was frustrating when bathing the baby, though the host tried hard to fix it. Lastly, we couldn't get the dryer to work; clear instructions would help. A bit pricey for the unit's condition, but we still highly recommend these upscale hosts!
