The location is excellent, being only five minutes from Walmart Express and Maizajo, a popular Michelin rated taqueria and within walking distance of Parque España and Parque Mexico. The 3-bedroom unit was clean, modern, and well-equipped with essentials. The host communicated promptly. However, I found the space to be quite compact. While the listing mentions a capacity of 10, the unit felt too tight for that many people, especially with only two small bathrooms. A more significant issue was the lack of natural light; since the unit is located in the back corner of the first floor with all windows facing the building's interior, it was very dark. Additionally, because there are many other Airbnb travelers in the building, it often became quite loud late at night when guests returned.
