TLDR; AMAZING AND WORTH THE PRICE, great location with the largest city park nearby, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.

Our group of 10 loved our stay here! The house fit 10 adults easily, with space to hang out together. The house is located in a really great area. The front door opens out to the Sunday biking street (which we loved), and there are two ice cream shops right next to the house! We enjoyed the full kitchen and the rooftop patio. The shower water pressure was great and we only temporarily ran out of hot water after several consecutive showers. The house was clean and although the furnishing was a bit bare bones, the paint job and renovation was really beautiful. It's a big beautiful nice old house.
