Overall, a pleasant stay and a decent value. Just a few comments and suggestions. First, while the team was very responsive, the communication was often ineffective because you're talking to multiple people who were not part of the previous conversation (which the team would not read). So we'd have to repeat requests and/or request would be forgotten. Second, the place wasn't fully cleaned. While all the bottom bunk beds were clean, one of the top bunk beds was dirty. I would have contacted the team about it but since communication wasn't smooth, it wasn't worth the hassle. Finally, while the building is safe and fairly clean, you can hear everything. Someone was moving in the unit above us and it sounded like a car accident every time they moved a couch (or something that was heavy). It woke us up and was pretty jarring. The walls are all pretty thin inside the apartment as well.
