Place is greatly located and definitely sleeps many! However, not as neat as expected and looks more like a rental than staying in someone’s home. Concrete condo on first floor. Faces 3 corridors, 2 main ones so much more noisy than expected. Room curtains are blackout but then once you open them, everyone sees in. Living room/kitchen curtains are see through, so little privacy. Overall, big beautiful windows but absolutely not sound proof at all. Note that Fridays and Saturdays, we were told noise is allowed until 1am but since many rentals around, loud noise until 3am. Kitchen well equipped. Stains on chairs and bedding. We got a fairly good deal so all was acceptable for a very short trip (2 days). Biggest downfall, wifi is very weak/not working in rooms. Works in main common area but again, intermittent. Had to use personal LTE to work in computer as it kept disconnecting every few minutes.

The hosts were so attentive! We had one minor issue during our stay, and they immediately helped us resolve it. Great area, spacious home, and very easy parking experience.
