Privacy notice

Kasava Homes (hereinafter “Kasava”), based in Mexico City, is responsible for processing the personal data you provide when requesting a quote or booking a stay, contacting us via WhatsApp, email or the forms on this site, and staying at our properties.

Data we collect

Name, phone, email, nationality, stay dates, number of companions and, to verify the identity of adult guests, an official ID. Card payments are processed directly by our certified payment gateway; Kasava does not store card numbers.

What we use it for

To confirm and manage your booking, send you the arrival guide and access codes, assist you during your stay, issue receipts or invoices, comply with legal lodging obligations and, with your consent, send you Kasava promotions. You can opt out of promotions at any time by writing to us.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers needed to operate your stay (booking system, payment gateway, messaging and, where applicable, the building's security staff to register your access), who are required to protect your information. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Your rights (ARCO)

You may access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data, as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to stay@kasava.mx. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.
