The house is made for groups, with 9 bedrooms, strong mesh WiFi, cable TV, washer-dryer, AC, a big kitchen, and a dining area where everyone can hang out. On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms—great if stairs are an issue. Upstairs there are 6 more rooms, 2 more bathrooms, and two staircases for easy access. There’s also a security camera facing the front door for extra peace of mind.

1. The house can host up to 30 guests. However, Airbnb only allows booking for 16+ guests. If your group is larger than 16, please let us know in advance.
2. A $19 USD/night fee per extra guest applies beyond 16, processed separately from Airbnb, as we may need to make additional arrangements to guarantee there are enough amenities for all guests.
3. We require a photo of an ID from a responsible guest before check-in.
4. A list of all guests must be provided for security purposes.
5. Quiet hours are flexible, but please discuss with us in advance if you expect noise or late-night activity.
6. Events and parties are allowed only with prior approval. A security deposit may be requested.
7. Under no circumstance should noise exceed 50 dB.
8. Visitors are allowed only upon request. You must inform us of names, number of people, and duration of visit.
9. Overnight stays are not allowed unless registered as guests and the extra fee is covered.
10. The maximum total number of people (guests + visitors) may not exceed 30.
11. No smoking is allowed inside the property.
12. Guests must not linger in the premises common areas.
13. Always lock the main gate behind you using the key—this is essential for everyone’s safety.
